Team Leader

Role Responsibilities

• Daily Management of a team of Motor Claims Handlers
• Apply Internal Controls to all tasks across the team
• Build, develop & lead a team with a high performing ethos to meet FEI’s agreed client deliverables
• Create an inspiring team environment which fosters high levels of employee engagement and customer satisfaction
• Oversight of complaints management
• Ensure all business activities adhere to
• FEI’s regulatory requirements and internal business standards
• Deliver accurate and timely management information reports
• Manage attendance and punctuality
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the team by supervising, managing and motivating team members
• Complete monthly appraisals
• Manage performance where required

Requirements:

• Educated to Leaving Cert/A Levels or equivalent work experience
• Experience within a busy work environment or Insurance Service Provider
• Experience in leading a team in a target driven environment
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal, delegating, problem solving and negotiation skills
• IT Literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Desirable:

• APA/CIP qualification
• Educated to degree level
